There are many ways to measure your fitness levels and it doesn’t even have a lot to do with how you look. It’s always about TWO things-
- how badly you want to reach your goals
- how much efforts you put in
Your fitness levels are measured by your strength, your speed and your recovery time. Recovery time is perhaps the main indication of your fitness levels, as it is the ultimate test of your ability to handle it all.
